Responsibilities

Provide technical and professional assistance to consumer and business digital banking clients

Manage new and existing Retail Online Banking, Business Online Banking, Wire, ACH, Remote Deposit Capture, Mobile Deposit Capture, Positive Pay, P2P services, and other electronic banking products and services

Prepare and collect data to complete client ACH Origination and online banking periodic reviews. Evaluate clients’ digital activities, online banking agreements and exception logs

Coordinates with the Banks core provider to rollout system enhancements

Support and enhance electronic banking solutions

Resolve internal and external client inquiries in a friendly and timely fashion

Create and maintain online banking procedures and resources for internal and external clients

Educate internal and external clients on how to prevent online banking fraud, adhere to regulatory requirements, and follow recommended online banking security measures

Constructively interacts with co-workers and works well in a team environment
