Account Manager - Sports
Arena Club is pioneering the collectibles domain with a digital marketplace for sports cards and memorabilia. They are seeking an Account Manager to build and grow partnerships with inventory suppliers while balancing relationship management and sales efforts.
Responsibilities
Build, manage, and deepen relationships with sports card sellers, vendors, and partners
Identify, recruit, and onboard new sellers into the Arena Club ecosystem
Attend local and national card shows to source inventory and expand partner relationships
Partner with Marketing to align supply with product performance and customer demand
Support partners in improving workflow, consistency, and volume
Collaborate with Operations to ensure seamless processing, payouts, logistics, and timelines
Track partner performance with precision, including spend, card counts, volume, and weekly output
Represent Arena Club with professionalism, energy, and a relationship-first mindset
Qualification
Required
2–5 years of experience in sales, account management, partnerships, or other relationship-driven roles
Highly personable, with the ability to build trust and rapport quickly
Passion for major sports and a willingness to learn additional categories including soccer, hockey, MMA, and wrestling
Strong attention to detail with the ability to track spend, inventory, and deal accuracy without errors
Strong work ethic and comfort operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
Excellent communication, organization, and follow-through
Willingness to travel frequently for shows and partner visits
No card experience required; eagerness and coachability are essential
