Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruiting for roles across technical, business, and operations functions
Source and engage candidates aggressively, through referrals, outbound, and creative tactics
Run point on scheduling, coordination, and candidate communication, ensuring a smooth and high-integrity experience
Collaborate with hiring managers and executives to clarify needs, shape scorecards, and define interview processes
Help iterate on recruiting operations, tools, and reporting to improve speed and consistency
Contribute to onboarding, employer branding, and candidate experience projects as needed
Uphold Tandem’s high hiring bar by pushing for better calibration, feedback quality, and process discipline
Qualification
Required
2–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally across both technical and non-technical roles
Strong instincts for sourcing and outbound — you treat top-of-funnel like a sales motion
Relentless follow-through and attention to detail — you don't drop balls and you keep things moving
Clear, confident written and verbal communication — you can pitch Tandem effectively to any candidate
Track record of moving quickly, finding shortcuts, and going to unreasonable lengths to deliver on goals
High NPS with your former teammates
