They are seeking a long-term intern in their Marketing and Events area to assist with event planning and marketing strategies, gaining real-world experience in financial services.

Responsibilities

Responsibility for assistance with end-to-end event planning/coordination for conferences, client dinners, and corporate events

Events includes FHLBank Chicago conferences and regional meetings, trade association events, corporate events, product education and other forums, and webinars

Assist in Marketing strategy of the department – including using Cvent, Attendee Hub, and Salesforce (Both Marketing and Sales Cloud)

Position requires occasional travel to support out-of-town client events and conferences

Required

Applicants should be at least Sophomore status at an accredited four year institution

Should have a GPA of at least 3.0 and be in good academic standing
