They are hiring a Mitigation Technician to assist with water damage restoration and mold remediation projects, working with specialized equipment to ensure properties are restored safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities
Perform water extraction, pumping, and structural drying
Assist with mold removal and antimicrobial applications
Move and protect client contents
Set up and monitor drying equipment
Build containment systems (polyethylene enclosures)
Remove and dispose of debris properly
Maintain vehicles and restoration equipment
Follow safety protocols and company standards
Accurately report time, materials, and equipment used
Travel and work nights/weekends as needed
Qualification
Required
Knowledge of water extraction and pump systems (training provided)
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Strong sense of urgency, professionalism, and positive attitude
Ability to work under time constraints and meet deadlines
Preferred
Experience with Mitigate and DASH software
