Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement solutions in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and related Microsoft-based systems

Create compelling and user-friendly interfaces for both web and application architectures

Work with Product Owners to transform business requirements into functional user stories

Identify and model process and data requirements, define business rules, and develop test cases

Conduct functional testing to ensure quality and performance standards are met

Serve as the primary functional liaison between stakeholders and the technical development team

Facilitate agile scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives

Guide the team to reach consensus on achievable goals for each sprint

Keep the team focused and aligned with scrum principles and practices

Identify and remove impediments to team progress

Shield the team from external distractions and interruptions

Foster a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration
