New Grad, Entry LevelDiehl Metering is a company focused on quality engineering, and they are seeking a Quality Engineer to manage product returns and conduct analyses. The role involves financial management, production support, and reporting, while ensuring effective communication and collaboration with internal and external parties.

Responsibilities
You organize the management of returned products from our customers
You manage the 1 st and 2 nd level analysis of the products, cooperate with the lead plant and implement appropriate actions
You manage the product replacement and the management of the provisions
You organize the management of production failures analyses
Additionally, you conduct internal audits of the process and the product and support in employee training
You write and document analysis reports, register all information in the CAQ system (SAP) and support in solving issues by managing 8D
Qualification
Required
strong technical engineering skills (e.g. electronic, mechanical, communication technologies)
strong understanding of quality management systems and procedures
proven track record conducting analyses
deriving and implementing appropriate actions
managing 8D reports effectively
strong analytical skills
strong organizational skills
strong problem solving skills
excellent communication skills
strong collaboration skills with both internal and external parties
proficient in English
open to occasional domestic business travel
Preferred
any other language such as German is a plus
