VP, US Sales

The VP of North America Sales will lead a team of sales professionals, develop strategies for revenue growth, and foster relationships within the agency ecosystem to drive significant business results.

Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and manage teams of sales professionals representing TripleLift at North American agency holding companies, their respective agencies, and direct advertisers
Execute and refine the Vision, Strategy, and Metrics for new business generation, revenue retention, key account growth, and product diversification, with an emphasis on scaling CTV and Retail Media revenue
Lead and support the sales team in closing complex, multi-year trading agreements and annual commitments, driving client adoption of the full omni-channel portfolio and leveraging our certified Minority-Owned SSP status
Oversee territory planning, team goals (OKRs), hiring, training, and professional development for the HoldCo sales organization
Ensure diligent team-wide sales pipeline management, accurately and effectively forecasting monthly and quarterly sales, and providing proactive analysis to course correct to goals
Maintain and grow relationships with key decision-makers and senior investment/video leads within the largest agencies and holding companies
Represent TripleLift as a senior leader and thought leader at industry events, effectively translating technical solutions into plain language business value
Qualification
Required
BA Degree or equivalent experience
10+ years of experience leading a national sales organization that sells into Holding Company Agencies, with recent, significant management experience in CTV, Advanced TV, or Retail Media
A strong agency rolodex (executives, discipline leads, and account leads) and stellar market reputation
Expert knowledge of digital advertising, the programmatic ecosystem, and current industry trends
Significant business-development experience, including successfully leading pitches for multi-million dollar portfolio deals
Excellent communication and presentation skills, demonstrating executive presence and the ability to operate with complete composure
Proven ability to influence and communicate effectively with cross-functional internal teams (Product, Marketing, Finance)
Demonstrable experience operating with the core principles of a high-growth, dynamic ad-tech environment
