Responsibilities
Define and implement governance processes for the programme
Develop the programme brief and business case
Assure strategic alignment between multiple stakeholders
Define the appropriate project KPI’s and their targets
Manage relationships and communication with senior stakeholders
Develop integrated plans and reporting across all projects in the programme
Allocate and balance resources to meet project needs
Motivate, lead and coach project managers to ensure effective delivery
Implement regular reviews to ensure the programme is on track to achieve benefits
Report on program progress to senior management
Qualification
Required
A degree in Business Management or Software Engineering
Experience in Project Management
Strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
Strong time management skills, and ability to effectively prioritize
Ability to quickly switch context
Ability to work independently and seek innovative ways to creatively solve problems
Strategic thinker, constantly seeking to understand the driver for results
Fast learner with curiosity about the world
Accountability with great work ethic
Embraces a challenge and asks why
Team player
Ability to work in a fast-paced company
English is mandatory
Preferred
ITIL processes knowledge preferred
Experience in IT companies preferred
