Responsibilities

Ensuring that snowflake is being used in a secure manner that does not introduce risk to the business by implementing best practices

Ensuring that Snowflake is being used in the most optimal manner at Capital One, by measuring efficiency, identifying optimization opportunities

Reviewing and providing recommendations for workload optimization working with line of business users

Leading design and development of capabilities to improve monitoring and alerting of snowflake services and anti-patterns

Reviewing and executing admin level configuration changes on Snowflake

Introducing new Snowflake capabilities by creating proof of concept and enablement in Capital One environments
