Perform basic maintenance duties, including inspections, cleaning, and adjustments, to ensure equipment and systems run efficiently
Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of outdoor facilities and equipment, regardless of weather conditions, to ensure operational reliability and safety
Perform outdoor structural repairs and adjustments, including in adverse weather conditions like rain, snow, or extreme temperatures, while following safety protocols
Manage landscaping and groundskeeping tasks, including snow removal, leaf raking, and lawn care, and other related duties, adapting techniques to suit different weather conditions
