Responsibilities

Identify and implement opportunities to improve production workflows, reduce costs, and increase throughput
Collect and analyze operational data to drive decisions on process optimization and resource utilization
Develop and optimize plant layouts, material flow, and workstation design for maximum efficiency
Lead projects using Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement tools to eliminate waste and improve quality
Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and work instructions
Provide direction and technical support to maintenance technicians to ensure effective execution of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities
Supervise production in the event of supervisor planned absence
Support production planning and forecasting by analyzing capacity and resource requirements
Work closely with production, maintenance, and quality teams to ensure alignment on improvement initiatives
Evaluate and implement automation and advanced manufacturing technologies where applicable

Required

Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies
Proficiency in CAD software and data analysis tools
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Experience with ERP and MES systems
Familiarity with TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) principles
Project management experience
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
2+ years of experience in manufacturing or industrial engineering
