Sales Development Representative
Highwire is the Contractor Success Platform for asset owners and general contractors, helping them manage safety and financial risks during capital projects. The Sales Development Representative will focus on renewing existing contractors and expanding the customer base by enrolling new contractors, with a strong emphasis on achieving sales targets and handling objections.

Responsibilities
Grow our customer base. Your first mission will be to renew existing customers before their Highwire subscription expires. Once you master that, you’ll earn the right to work on campaigns to enroll new customers - and grow your earnings in the process
Crush your numbers. Sales is all about the numbers. You’ll have monthly revenue goals and we’ll track your progress – and the progress of your teammates – on the Team Leaderboard. You'll earn uncapped commission for meeting or exceeding targets
Handle objections. As with any sales job, you will sometimes encounter objections from customers. You’ll partner with our Account Managers and enterprise clients to collaborate on solutions that enable us to successfully complete our renewal campaigns
