They are seeking a highly creative Content Creator & Social Media Specialist to enhance their online presence across various social media platforms by producing engaging content that resonates with the tech ecosystem.

Responsibilities
Develop and execute a content strategy for LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, and other relevant platforms
Ideate, script, film, and edit high-quality short-form videos and static creatives
Act as on-camera talent for videos, stories, and other formats when needed
Ensure all content is native to each platform’s style, trends, and audience behavior
Manage the content calendar and maintain consistent posting
Monitor performance, optimize based on analytics, and iterate quickly
Collaborate with leadership to convey our employer brand, culture, and value proposition through content
Stay up to date with social media trends, tools, and best practices
Qualification
Required
Proven experience creating content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and/or LinkedIn
Comfortable being on camera and representing the brand
Strong video shooting and editing skills (Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut, or similar)
Ability to create high-quality static content (Canva, Figma, Photoshop, etc.)
Deep understanding of what makes content perform on each platform
Creative mindset with the ability to generate ideas quickly
Strong storytelling skills and sense of aesthetics
Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and turn ideas into polished content fast
Excellent English communication skills
Preferred
Experience working with startups, talent acquisition, or B2B brands
Basic understanding of social media analytics and growth strategies
Ability to collaborate on broader brand and marketing initiatives
