Associate Event Project Manager (APAC)
SpotMe is a leading B2B event platform focused on enhancing event experiences for enterprises, particularly in the life sciences sector. The Associate Event Project Manager will be responsible for delivering high volumes of events, managing client communications, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring seamless execution of live events, while also analyzing post-event data for continuous improvement.

Responsibilities
Successfully delivering high volumes of events, reporting to the Manager, Event Services as part of our network of associates
Independently building, configuring and launching our web and mobile native event apps using SpotMe Backstage
Professionally managing our clients, and other senior stakeholders with clear, timely communications to enhance the client experience adding value across the entire project lifecycle
Coordinating closely with vendors, internal departments, and the customer to ensure seamless execution on live event day
Responsibilities may include badge printing, iPad sign-in, lead scanning, managing onsite AV and equipment, driving audience engagement, and thoroughly reviewing apps to guarantee flawless delivery
Ensuring speakers are fully briefed and prepared, whether they’re presenting in a webinar, hosting a virtual session, or speaking onsite
Overseeing event operations to ensure everything runs smoothly
Handling post-event communications, analyzing event data, and delivering insightful reports and recommendations to the customer, highlighting successes and identifying areas for future improvement
Qualification
Required
Experience in event technology
Passionate about delivering incredible event attendee experiences through app based event solutions
Ability to independently build, configure and launch web and mobile native event apps using SpotMe Backstage
Strong customer centric mindset
Strong attention to detail
Experience in managing clients and senior stakeholders with clear, timely communications
Ability to coordinate closely with vendors, internal departments, and customers for seamless execution on live event day
Experience in managing onsite AV and equipment, driving audience engagement, and reviewing apps for flawless delivery
Ability to handle post-event communications, analyze event data, and deliver insightful reports and recommendations
End-to-end event ownership experience leading corporate internal and external B2B events
Cross-functional coordination with operational clarity
Technical dexterity in event platforms
Ability to execute flawlessly under pressure
Ruthless time and risk management
