They are seeking a creative and talented senior project architect to lead projects in the industrial and commercial sectors, focusing on areas such as e-commerce and manufacturing, while developing innovative solutions for a diverse range of clients.

Architecture

Responsibilities

Lead an expanding body of work that includes e-commerce, traditional distribution, manufacturing, data centers, and high security projects
Manage project teams, project budget, and workplan
Organize design and construction documentation
Lead internal project workflow, planning, and budgeting
Interface with clients, networking and relationship building

Required

Passion for design excellence
Strong design and technical skills and a passion for design excellence
Ability to manage project teams, project budget, and workplan
Strong experience in organizing design and construction documentation
Highly organized, with an eye for detail and problem solving
Strong and respectful verbal and written skills; within the office and with consultants, contractors and clients
Experience and ability to lead internal project workflow, planning, and budgeting
A commitment to responsibility, integrity, and accuracy
Experience with client interface, networking and relationship building
Strong design and visualization skills
Expertise with Revit, Bluebeam Revu and Adobe Creative Suite; experience with Sefaira and other energy and carbon modeling is a plus
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Registered Architect
Legal working status in the United States

Preferred

LEED accreditation or other sustainability accreditation is desired
