Senior Analyst, Cardiology Sales Operations

They are seeking a highly analytical and results-driven Senior Sales Operations Analyst to join their Cardiology Sales Operations team, where the role will focus on driving commercial growth and operational excellence through strategic partnerships and data-driven insights.

Responsibilities
Develop and prepare impactful presentation materials for sales leadership, executives, and internal stakeholders
Independently manage and prioritize incoming project requests, ensuring timely and effective delivery
Build collaborative relationships across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Pricing & Contracting, Sales Training, Human Resources, and other internal teams to align strategies and achieve shared objectives
Analyze data trends and present strategic, data-driven recommendations to senior leadership focused on business performance, operational improvements, and customer insights
Monitor market trends in sales structures, contracts, and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities
Provide market-based strategic recommendations to sales teams and leadership
Partner closely with the sales organization to understand challenges and deliver insights for targeted customer engagement and improved sales effectiveness
Support ad hoc analysis requests and provide actionable insights to stakeholders
Actively participate in team initiatives and foster a positive, inclusive team culture
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field
Minimum of 4 years' experience in Sales Operations, Finance, Marketing, or Sales
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Experience with Tableau or similar data analysis tools
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and drive business decisions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across teams
Proven ability to troubleshoot and solve complex business challenges
Highly organized, with strong time management and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to travel up to 5% of the time
Preferred
Prior experience in the medical device or healthcare industry
Familiarity with sales processes and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce)
Experience supporting field sales teams in a matrixed organization
