Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of client accounts with the precision of a surgeon and the approachability of your favorite barista
Prepare financial statements that tell compelling stories, not just display numbers
Review and analyze client data to identify opportunities, trends, and potential challenges
Collaborate with our bookkeeping and controller teams to ensure even our most basic services are performed with strategic forethought
Educate clients on financial matters in ways that empower rather than overwhelm them
Bring context and clarity to financial management so entrepreneurs can reclaim their decision-making confidence
Contribute to our growth-oriented, education-focused environment
Qualification
Required
3+ years of accounting experience
Relevant certifications in accounting
Preferred
Comfortable with ambiguity and excited by the prospect of helping build systems
Ability to communicate complex concepts with clarity and sometimes a dash of humor
Detail-oriented without losing sight of the big picture
Excited about working with entrepreneurs who are passionate about making an impact
