Responsibilities

Accountable for gaining Executive Approval for O&M and Capital Investments. This authorization includes PRC, NSAC and GOC Committee approvals as necessary

Accountable for the retention and development of project managers supporting line management

Evaluate assigned staff and recommend related training and/or Human Resources actions. Solicit feedback on performance of personnel

Meet with regulatory groups to gain approval and respond to inquiries. This includes agencies such as DOE

Primary responsibility is to Oversee the execution of large projects. This includes accountability to safety, schedule, quality, cost and dose minimization

Responsible for providing accurate estimates during all phases of the project lifecycle, this includes robust change control management throughout project design and execution

Responsible for supporting improvement initiatives

Strong leadership and interdepartmental coordination skills, financial management and project scheduling core competencies

Required

Bachelor's degree in Technical or Management Discipline

10 years' experience with at least 3 in supervision and 3 years in the management of projects

PMP Certification, within 18 months of starting position

Effective communication skills

Master of Business Administration

EPC project management experience

Data Center Experience

Commercial Construction Experience

P6 Scheduling Experience

Nuclear Plant and Electrical Knowledge
