Responsibilities
Source and outreach to outpatient clinics and decision-makers (practice managers, operations directors, owners, RCM leads, COO, CEO)
Identify clinics that handle manual scheduling, insurance, or patient phone workflows
Qualify the clinic based on criteria given by DataCall
Book qualified discovery calls for our sales team
Maintain accurate notes and lead details
Collaborate with our founders to refine messaging and targeting
Represent DataCall professionally in all interactions
Qualification
Required
Experience selling to outpatient clinics, MSOs, or private practices
Strong medical sales or SaaS sales background
Existing relationships with clinic administrators is a major plus
Excellent communication and persistence
Comfortable with outreach, cold calling, emailing, and LinkedIn
Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work independently
3-5+ years selling SaaS, healthcare services, or revenue-cycle / practice-management solutions to clinics
Proven track record of opening doors and closing deals with practice managers, operations leaders, and owners
Comfortable with in-person clinic visits several days per week, plus follow-up by phone, email, and online demos
Understands clinic workflows: scheduling, benefit verification, prior authorization, insurance follow-up, and front-desk operations
Organized and reliable with simple reporting: visits per week, meetings booked, discovery forms completed, and pipeline status
