Responsibilities

Strong partnership with agency leadership across functions
Ensures that customer, category, and cultural dynamics are effectively pulled through all agency projects
Navigates accounts and teams through key strategic processes and projects across the market access and payer spectrum
Serves as the resident expert on market access/payer legislation, trends and practices
Elevates client deliverables by consistently considering the broader market access landscape, and sharing relevant dynamics and insights
Assesses new products and identifies access barriers and opportunities
Drives strategic recommendations, communications and deliverables for the team
Leads the planning and execution of strategic client engagements

Required

10+ years of market access agency or biopharma experience
Strong analytic skills
Strong communications skills
Strong problem-solving skills

Ability to make connections and help others see clearly in complex situations
Ability to partner across the agency and with clients
Value helping others develop solutions

Preferred

Experience with payer, PBM, and/or health system access
