Responsibilities

Provide technical support for AMR and Connected Services deployments, including configuration, troubleshooting, and performance optimization

Collaborate with Sales and Product Management to understand customer requirements and tailor solutions accordingly

Conduct on-site and remote training sessions for customers and internal teams on AMR operation and Connected Services tools

Assist in the development of technical documentation, training materials, and support resources

Analyze field data and customer feedback to identify improvement opportunities and inform product enhancements

Support global expansion initiatives by enabling successful deployments in new markets

Participate in cross-functional initiatives to improve integration between hardware, software, and cloud services

Represent the technical voice of the customer in internal meetings and product development discussions

Required

Strong technical aptitude with a passion for robotics, automation, and connected technologies

Excellent communication and presentation skills, especially in customer-facing settings

Analytical mindset with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex issues

Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills

Ability to translate customer needs into actionable technical solutions

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with SAP and cloud platforms is a plus

3–5 years of experience in application engineering, technical support, or field engineering

Experience working with autonomous systems, industrial equipment, or IoT platforms

Familiarity with direct and distributor sales models

Demonstrated ability to drive results through cross-functional collaboration

Willingness to travel up to 15%; must be able to work at both Eden Prairie and Golden Valley locations as needed

Preferred

Bachelor's degree required (Engineering, Computer Science, or related field preferred)

Experience in cleaning or mobile equipment industries preferred
