We are seeking a Sr. Platform Engineer to automate and scale the global bare metal infrastructure that powers everything at Helius, focusing on provisioning, lifecycle management, and deployment tooling.

Responsibilities
Automate provisioning and lifecycle management for global bare metal fleets
Build modern CI/CD pipelines that support fast and safe global deployments
Design deployment, tracing, and observability workflows used by every engineering team
Improve reliability, performance, and developer experience at the platform layer
Partner with performance teams on scaling, resilience, and low-latency infra work
Own foundational systems end-to-end and keep them simple, reliable, and easy to operate
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience operating large-scale infrastructure
Strong programming skills and familiarity with modern infra tooling
Understanding of hardware, operating systems, and networking
Experience with CI/CD design, deployment pipelines, and production systems
Comfort owning critical, high-reliability systems with minimal oversight
Ability to think in systems, simplify complexity, and automate aggressively
Preferred
Experience with bare metal at scale
Background in high-availability environments (e.g., AWS, Netflix, etc.)
