Local Sales Manager - Ad Sales
Spectrum Reach is the advertising sales arm of Charter Communications, providing innovative marketing solutions to clients across the U.S. The Local Sales Manager is responsible for leading a team of Account Executives, ensuring sales targets are met, and fostering client relationships in a dynamic advertising environment.
Responsibilities
Providing direction to Account Executives
Ensuring location sales budgets and objectives are achieved
Overseeing day to day activities
Monitoring AE’s in all areas of their assignments
Cultivating connections with clients
Embracing the latest media trends
Collaborating with agency partners on advertising solutions
Qualification
Required
Ability to work lawfully in the U.S. without employment-based immigration sponsorship, now or in the future
Education: Bachelor's degree in sales or marketing or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience: Management or leadership experience (2+ years), media sales experience (5+ years)
Skills: Communication, leadership, collaboration, project management
