Responsibilities
Write, edit, and format proposal responses, qualifications packages, and technical documents for RFPs/RFQs
Develop and refine content such as project descriptions, resumes, cover letters, key differentiators, and capability statements
Ensure accuracy, clarity, and compliance through thorough proofreading and editing
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather needed information and maintain proposal content libraries
Assist in managing timelines and delivering polished, professional proposal packages
Support marketing activities including social media content, digital ads, email campaigns, direct mail, and company announcements
Help create marketing collateral such as brochures, one-pagers, presentations, case studies, and trade show materials
Maintain and update website content, project portfolios, and campaign-related assets
Contribute to marketing plans and campaign execution through strong writing and organizational skills
Ensure all materials are aligned with brand standards
Use Adobe InDesign to format proposals, collateral, and branded templates
Support layout design, graphics updates, and light visual editing using Adobe Creative Suite applications
Assist with preparing visually polished documents and marketing materials
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
2–5 years of experience in marketing, proposal development, communications, or a related field
Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with strong attention to detail
Experience contributing to technical writing or proposal-related content
Proficiency with Adobe InDesign and familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
Experience with social media platforms, digital marketing tools, and marketing content creation
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines independently
Ability to collaborate with internal teams and communicate professionally
Preferred
Familiarity with CRM or proposal management tools
Experience in a professional services, facilities, real estate or construction environment
Ability to support analytics, reporting, or campaign tracking
