Responsibilities
Lead the development of thorough and well-organized construction document sets with a focus on precision and clarity
Coordinate effectively with internal project teams using Revit
Apply expertise in areas such as waterproofing, structural systems, curtain walls, and storefront design
Specify and detail interior finishes, maintaining fidelity to the original design vision
Evaluate the feasibility of design concepts with respect to cost, materials, and constructability
Ensure all work complies with relevant building codes and regulations
Collaborate closely with MEP/FA consultants
Support and guide design teams with technical expertise throughout all project phases
Maintain a strong focus on design quality and technical precision
Qualification
Required
A minimum of 8 years' experience in architectural detailing and construction documentation
In-depth knowledge of building technologies, systems, and coordination practices
Proven ability to mentor junior staff and contribute to the execution of high-quality architectural work
Preferred
Experience working on large-scale projects is a big plus
