Responsibilities
Drive business line objectives in revenue growth, operational efficiency, and profitability
Make decisions on administrative and operational matters to achieve strategic goals
Lead the Product Management team and provide guidance on strategy, go-to-market and pricing strategies
Serve as a subject matter expert on market trends and competitive positioning
Lead and develop a high-performing team of Product Marketing Managers and Clinical Consultants
Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation
Partner with sales, operations, Customer Success and other functional teams to design and execute marketing programs
Align operational strategies with overall business objectives
Develop and execute strategic plans aligned with business line strategy
Communicate campaigns, programs, and pricing effectively to internal and external stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Life Sciences, Engineering or related field; MBA preferred
10+ years of experience in product marketing within healthcare technology, digital health, or enterprise software
Strong track record of driving adoption and revenue growth in the North America market
Deep knowledge of U.S. healthcare systems, provider workflows, and enterprise sales environments
Exceptional leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence at executive and C-suite levels
Experience leading marketing teams and collaborating effectively in a matrix organization
Will require approximately 50%60% travel
