Responsibilities

Lead successful adoption delivery engagements for customers to maximize end-user efficiency and satisfaction
Analyze and present data to identify areas of opportunity
Lead internal and external customer stakeholders to develop and execute complex adoption plans and achieve customer goals
Localize the customer support plan by understanding adult learning principles and leveraging behavior change techniques
Manage financials, operations, and other capital for complex projects based on contract terms
Propose resolution strategies for project risks, escalating as appropriate
Analyze and report to internal and external customer stakeholders on progress, key performance indicators, and value achieved

Required

6 to 10+ years of experience in a relevant field
Ability to read, write, and speak English
Experience in leading successful adoption delivery engagements
Ability to analyze and present data to identify areas of opportunity
Experience in developing and executing complex adoption plans
Understanding of adult learning principles
Knowledge of behavior change techniques
Experience managing financials, operations, and other capital for complex projects
Ability to propose resolution strategies for project risks
Experience analyzing and reporting on progress, key performance indicators, and value achieved
