Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle accounting, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
Process payroll and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
Maintain accurate records and ensure proper filing of financial documents
Coordinate schedules, meetings, and office communications
Ensure a smooth workflow and provide administrative support to other departments as needed
