Operational Accountant (Real Estate Experience Required)
Latitude Inc is seeking a detail-oriented Accountant with strong organizational and administrative skills to support both the company’s financial operations and day-to-day office functions. This role is a unique mix of accounting and administrative duties, requiring prior real estate industry experience.

Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle accounting, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
Process payroll and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
Maintain accurate records and ensure proper filing of financial documents
Coordinate schedules, meetings, and office communications
Ensure a smooth workflow and provide administrative support to other departments as needed
Qualification
Required
Prior experience within the real estate industry
Live within a commutable distance to Bogota NJ
4+ years accounting experience
Proficiency with QuickBooks and Excel
