Lead all aspects of the foundation’s organization-wide technology strategy and deployment, including AI and data analytics tools and solutions
Deliver exceptional technology solutions, support, and infrastructure
Provide team and organizational leadership
Develop and implement a forward-looking technology strategy
Maintain a highly reliable, secure and scalable technology infrastructure
Deliver exceptional end user technology support
Empower work and impact through cutting-edge tools and platforms
Lead change management for technology efforts
Provide hybrid and in-office technology to enable high-performing work
Support and develop a team of technology professionals
Qualification
Required
Experience in leading organization-wide technology strategy and deployment
Expertise in AI and data analytics tools and solutions
Ability to deliver exceptional technology solutions, support, and infrastructure
Experience in team and organizational leadership
Experience in maintaining a highly reliable, secure, and scalable technology infrastructure
Ability to deliver exceptional end user technology support
Experience in empowering work and impact through cutting-edge tools and platforms
Experience in leading change management for technology efforts
Experience in providing hybrid and in-office technology to enable high-performing work
Experience in supporting and developing a team of technology professionals
Ability to be both strategic and hands-on, with an expectation of being an active project participant and doer
