The Quality Systems Professional II/Lead will lead the improvement and maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure compliance with ISO 9001 standards, while driving continuous improvement and fostering a culture of quality across the organization.

Responsibilities

Maintain and enhance the Quality Management System in alignment with ISO 9001 and customer requirements

Ensure proper document control and version management for all quality-related procedures and policies

Lead internal audits and support external audits (customer and certification)

Track audit findings and ensure timely corrective action implementation

Monitor compliance with regulatory, industry, and customer standards

Benchmark quality practices and recommend system improvements

Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency within the QMS

Drive initiatives for digitalization and automation of quality systems

Provide training on QMS requirements and updates to cross-functional teams

Act as a subject matter expert for quality standards, quality certifications, and quality system best practices

Develop and track KPIs related to QMS effectiveness and audit performance

Report system health and improvement progress to leadership during management reviews

Required

High School Diploma or equivalent with 7 years of experience in quality management, quality systems, leading audits, managing compliance, and manufacturing

Associate Degree in business management, technology or related with 4 years of experience in quality management, quality systems, leading audits, managing compliance, and manufacturing

Bachelor's Degree in business management, technology or related with 2 years of experience in quality management, quality systems, leading audits, managing compliance, and manufacturing

Preferred

High School Diploma or equivalent with 12 years of experience in quality management, quality systems, leading audits, managing compliance, and manufacturing

Associate Degree in business management, technology or related with 9 years of experience in quality management, quality systems, leading audits, managing compliance, and manufacturing

Bachelor's Degree in business management, technology or related with 7 years of experience in quality management, quality systems, leading audits, managing compliance, and manufacturing
