Director, Operations HR Business Partner
Signature Aviation is seeking a Director, HR Business Partner who will be a senior HR leader responsible for translating the business vision into a clear people strategy. This role involves owning the talent agenda, culture enablement, and change leadership, while leveraging data to drive performance and build high-performing teams.

Translate the business vision into a clear people strategy and executable roadmap
Own the talent agenda, culture enablement, and change leadership for the region(s)
Leverage data to diagnose performance and orchestrate cross-HR COE and FSC department solutions
Coach leaders to build high-performing, future-ready teams
Focus on proactive, strategic partnership and enterprise outcomes while ensuring routine and transaction HR requests are routed elsewhere within HR
Qualification
Required
Senior HR leader experience
Ability to translate business vision into people strategy
Experience in talent agenda ownership
Experience in culture enablement
Change leadership experience
Data-driven performance diagnosis
Ability to orchestrate cross-HR COE and FSC department solutions
Coaching experience for leaders
