Responsibilities

Sales Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within territory. Understand market trends and customer needs to effectively position our products. Drive innovation by pinpointing product gaps and championing new product development projects
Customer Success: Act as a trusted advisor to solve problems, remove barriers and provide exceptional value ensuring customer needs are met and fostering satisfaction and loyalty
Product Presentation: Present and explain our product features and benefits to customers, using technical knowledge to demonstrate how our products meet their needs
Channel Alignment: Engage with both national and local channel partners to leverage their exposure and resources to earn share in the market
Collaboration: Team up with inside sales, product management and other departments to develop winning sales strategies and improve product offerings and deliver above quota growth

Required

Bachelor's degree in related field required
Proven track record of exceeding sales objectives
A working understanding of industry standards and regulations, including UL, IEEE, NEC, and IEC
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
In-depth knowledge of customer and market dynamics
Exceptional ability to prospect, qualify, and close new customers
Willingness to travel as required. This individual must live in Texas (preference to Austin, Dallas, or Houston). This role is remote but does require extensive travel (50%) within the assigned territory
Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States without requiring company sponsorship to obtain or keep U.S. work authorization

4-5+ years of related sales experience preferred
