Qualification
Required
Experience in building and leading design teams in a fintech environment
Strong understanding of user experience and design principles
Ability to collaborate effectively with product and marketing teams
Experience in hiring and empowering design talent
Proven track record of creating engaging user experiences
Ability to define and mold the design identity of a company
Preferred
Experience working with APIs or in a technology-driven company
Background in consumer finance or related industries
