InternBayCare Clinic is a physician-owned entity focused on providing superior specialty medical services. They are seeking an IT Project Coordinator Intern to assist with project documentation, track milestones, and provide support to project managers within the Information Technology team.

Responsibilities
Assist in creating and updating project documentation and templates (e.g., charters, closure reports, communication plans)
Help track project milestones and deliverables using project management tools
Support the preparation and distribution of project status reports
Schedule and coordinate project meetings; assist with agendas and meeting notes
Maintain project calendars and assist with resource tracking
Log risks and issues and escalate to project managers as needed
Help ensure documentation complies with organizational standards
Participate in team meetings and shadow project managers to learn coordination best practices
Assist with change request documentation and routing
Provide clerical and administrative support to project managers (e.g., formatting documents, data entry)
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to compliance and ethical standards
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
Completed coursework in Application Development, Infrastructure, or Project Management
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Interest in project management and IT operations
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
