Responsibilities

Ship growth-focused features and experiments like personalized queries, new paper recommendations, SEO experiments, and re-engagement emails that reduce time-to-first-search and bring users back

Own the full loop: build features, instrument funnels, run A/B tests, analyze impact, and collaborate with product/growth/design to prioritize the highest-ROI bets

Contribute to general full stack web app development for other parts of the core product

Required

Track record of high-velocity experimentation and delivery

Sharp prioritization and focus on the high-leverage problems without overengineering

Interest in the product and mission: science, research, education
