They are seeking a Journeyman OSINT/PAI Targeting Analyst to conduct advanced collection, processing, exploitation, and dissemination using publicly and commercially available information to produce actionable assessments in support of special operations and cyber operations.

Responsibilities

Execute end-to-end OSINT/PAI collection, PED, analysis, targeting support, and reporting

Leverage public records, commercial datasets, social/media platforms, and geospatial/open data to build multi-INT assessments

Interface with Intelligence Community partners to synchronize requirements and disseminate products

Generate concise, decision-quality intelligence that supports SOF missions, I&W, and operational planning

Brief findings to O-4/GS-13 audiences and collaborate with all-source/HUMINT/SIGINT/GEOINT teams

Maintain disciplined tradecraft, data hygiene, and compliance with legal/policy guidance

Required

4+ years total experience as an intelligence analyst within DoD or the U.S. Intelligence Community

1+ year hands-on OSINT/PAI exploitation, analysis, and reporting (SOF support preferred)

Proficiency with current all-source tools, databases, and repositories

Strong working knowledge of OSINT/PAI tools, platforms, and data sources (commercial and public)

Background in several of the following: Regional Analysis, Geo-political Analysis, HUMINT/SIGINT analysis, Geospatial analysis, bulk data analytics, public records research, or investigative analysis

Excellent written communication; proficient with Microsoft Office

Strong verbal briefing skills; able to brief O-4/GS-13 level and above

Active TS with SCI eligibility at time of application
