Commercial Business Development Representative

The Commercial Business Development Representative will identify, develop, and maintain relationships with commercial clients while generating new business opportunities and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with commercial clients in HVAC, Electrical, and Plumbing sectors
Leverage existing industry contacts to generate new business opportunities
Develop self-generated leads and represent the company at local civic, trade, and networking events
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project handoffs and customer satisfaction
Track and report sales activities, pipeline progress, and account growth
Develop proposals and participate in contract negotiations
Qualification
Required
4-5 years of commercial sales or business development within HVAC, Electrical, or Plumbing services
Established industry contacts and proven ability to generate leads
CRM software experience; ServiceTitan preferred
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Must be able to pass a background check
Preferred
Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred
