Responsibilities

Engagement tracking including period of performance, modifications, SKUs, security requirements, and deliverables. Maintain dashboards and trackers to ensure proactive management

Manage engagement-driven security operations including personnel vetting, facility security inspections, training requirements, and security audits

Oversee personnel rosters and clearance sponsorships on contracts

Build and maintain strong relationships with contracting officers and their technical representatives, security teams, government sponsors, and other key external stakeholders

Provide cross-functional support to sales executives related to contracts, including pre-sales activities, renewals, and project expansions

Lead the preparation of quarterly reports, operational metrics, and leadership briefings. Deliver regular updates to internal leadership and external partners during program management reviews

Maintain and optimize processes to standardize engagement management, reporting, personnel onboarding, and tracking. Drive operational efficiency and enhance customer and stakeholder experiences

Required

10+ years of related experience in government national security programs, project management, or business operations, supporting national security programs

Strong understanding of government programs, security requirements, and customer relationship management

Proven ability to coordinate across multiple teams, influence stakeholders, and drive complex programs to successful outcomes

Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines

Strong data analysis, reporting, and presentation skills

US Citizenship and ability to maintain a U.S. government TS/SCI clearance
