Responsibilities
Collaborate with a dynamic team to conduct evaluations, maximize results, and develop innovative solutions to meet our customers’ needs
Ensure that testing is completed according to industry and internal standards
Provide technical expertise from concept to customer acceptance
Optimize emulsion and mixture formulations
Utilize technical knowledge to assist with the development of new products
Serve as a solutions provider to our customers during the production and application of asphalt emulsions and mixtures
Lead industry initiatives
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or other science related discipline
At least 5 years of laboratory experience
Customer service skills or experience interfacing with customers
Must be willing to travel up to 15% of the time to industry events and customer job sites
Intuitive problem-solving skills
High level of attention to detail and organizational ability
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strength to safely handle 50 lb. buckets of materials
Team player mentality and the flexibility to adapt to ever-changing priorities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
