Secretary/Receptionist-Employee Health
VHC Health is seeking an Employee Health Assistant who will handle customer service interactions and assist with daily operational tasks. The role involves managing computerized records, ensuring a clean clinical environment, and supporting patient flow.

Handling customer service interactions primarily through telephone and personal contact with both internal and external customers
Incorporating daily operational tasks, computerized record-keeping, filing, and general office management activities
Ensuring the clinical environment is cleaned, stocked, and ready for patient care
Assisting with patient flow
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent is required
Experience with Electronic Health Records and computer literacy, including Microsoft Excel, are essential to this role
Must be a self-starter and exhibit exemplary attention to detail
One year of experience using Microsoft Office Suite is required
Preferred
One year of healthcare/medical - primary care/office experience is preferred
