This role involves managing a small team and improving accounting processes and reporting using the NetSuite ERP system, with the goal of streamlining efforts and mentoring the individual into becoming the company controller.

Focus much of their effort on improving the accounting processes and reporting using the NetSuite ERP system
Mentor this individual into becoming the company controller
Utilizing Netsuite
Experienced with multiple entities and multiple locations
Strong Excel including Pivot Tables and Lookups
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Qualification
Required
BBA in Accounting
3 busy seasons from External Audit at a public accounting firm or 5+ years of progressive accounting experience at a $20-200M company utilizing Netsuite
Experienced with multiple entities and multiple locations
Must have strong Excel including Pivot Tables and Lookups
Must be a people person with a flexible personality and excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred
CPA is a plus but not required
