New Grad, Entry LevelAudacy is a leading multi-platform audio content and entertainment company. They are looking for a Promotions Assistant to help bring their brands to life through events, activations, and daily operations, including event support, content creation, and brand representation.
Broadcast Media
Responsibilities
Event Support – Set up, run, and break down station appearances, live broadcasts, concerts, and festivals. Manage brand activations, signage, equipment, and promotional assets
Content & Social Media – Capture and share photos/video from events, create content and contribute to station social media accounts, assist with event recap materials, and create digital assets using tools such as Canva, Adobe Suite, and more
Contests & Promotions – Conduct sweepstakes/contests, contact winners, distribute prizes, and complete necessary paperwork in compliance with company and FCC/FTC guidelines
Office/Admin Support – Assist with contest & on site event activation preparation, equipment/promotional inventory, and general promotions team support
Brand Representation – Be a positive, inviting, and charismatic professional ambassador for Audacy brands at all times
Qualification
Required
Must be outgoing, reliable, and team-oriented with a customer service mindset
Must be at least 21 years old
Ability to lift/carry event equipment
Flexible schedule including weekends, nights, holidays, and some short-notice shifts
Professional appearance and punctuality
A valid driver's license, satisfactory completion of a motor vehicle record check, and, if the position requires use of applicant's own vehicle, proof of insurance, is required
Preferred
Experience with Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Calendar)
Prior customer-facing or event experience
Bilingual (English/Spanish)
