Responsibilities

Lead the development of high value customer and growth programs to support the overall strategic goals of CoreWeave

Develop design and launch customer and growth programs that build customer loyalty and growth

Provide insights about customer needs and the market, ensuring CoreWeave remains at the forefront of the AI Hyperscaler market

Collaborate closely with product and go to market teams to guide customer experiences and growth strategies

Required

Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to drive product vision and strategy across diverse teams

Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of making data-informed decisions

Bachelor's in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field, with a strong understanding of machine learning concepts
