Help productize the continuous training loops that our team develops
Figure out the correct UX to ship our product to customers
Be comfortable working under ambiguity
Experiment fast
Throw away what doesn’t work
Learn fast and can ship
Touch everything from CUDA kernels to high-performance LLM tracing dashboards
Drive our own roadmap and priorities
Qualification
