Junior Account Executive
Enterprise Peak is a management consulting and engineering advisory firm focused on R&D, software development, and technology integration. They are seeking a Junior Account Executive to grow and develop their sales career by overseeing technology projects, engaging in cold calling, and generating leads to support business development.
Responsibilities
Consistently hit goals and metrics set by your manager
Prospect potential clients via cold calling, email, or other forms of communication to ensure they are added to the sales pipeline and produce more qualified leads
Set up client meetings and calls between clients and key client partners while supporting their pipeline for successful business development
Participate in high-level conversations with specific stakeholders in charge of technology-related projects
Assist the sales support team in lead generation activities as deemed necessary while managing all activities in our CRM: Pipedrive
Proactively seek new business opportunities across our market sectors
Qualification
Required
Comfort with cold-calling is required
Willingness to work a minimum of 50 hours per week, or whatever is deemed necessary, to hit your goals and metrics
Energetic, self-motivated, and results-oriented with the ability to work independently within a collaborative team environment
Ability to understand, develop, and communicate technical information to non-technical individuals
Highly dependable with excellent time management skills
Must demonstrate the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Detail and process oriented is essential to succeed
Problem solving and team building skills are required
EXCELLENT written and verbal communication skills absolutely required for this role
