Responsibilities

Monitor daily cash positions, forecast short-term and long-term cash needs, and implement strategies to maximize cash efficiency
Identify and assess financial risks, such as foreign exchange and interest rate risk, and implement mitigation strategies like hedging
Assess capital structure, manage debt agreements, negotiate terms, oversee investment portfolios, and ensure compliance with investment policies
Manage and coordinate banking relationships, negotiate bank fees, and manage accounts and services
Develop and implement departmental policies, procedures, and robust internal controls for treasury operations
Prepare and present reports on cash flow, liquidity, and investment activities, and provide input for strategic financial planning
Provide leadership on capital structure, funding strategies, and capital market transactions to support executive decision-making
Responding to audit requests as needed
Analyzing and evaluating potential modifications and upgrades to Treasury processes
Providing scheduled and ad-hoc reporting to senior leadership
Support the consolidation of financials across domestic and international entities, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with corporate reporting standards
Collaborate with FP&A and accounting teams globally to streamline financial data integration and contribute to enterprise-wide planning and analysis

Required

Bachelor's degree in finance
Minimum 7 years of Treasury operations and finance / accounting experience
Strong knowledge of financial markets, cash management, risk management, and investment strategies
Ability to analyze financial data, interpret market trends, and develop accurate cash flow forecasts
Ability to make decisions and solve problems while working under pressure
Excellent communication skills for presenting to leadership and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders
Ability to contribute to and drive strategic decisions related to the company's financial health
Foster relationships with banking partners, vendors, and other team members
Knowledge of banking terminology and bank websites and ability to administer user setups and run ad hoc reports
Knowledge of basic accounting theory and procedures
Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States, without the need for visa sponsorship by North Highland

MBA preferred
Workday experience a plus
Leverage strong Excel skills to build and maintain financial models, perform complex data analysis, and support reporting and forecasting needs
