Responsibilities

Coordinates a team and project resources for small to mid-sized projects from initiation to closeout.Leads projects by making sure the installation team is briefed on the SOW. Starts projects, as necessary, with the installation team. Ensures projects meet current code requirements and are ready for final inspection. Orders permits and meets inspectors for final inspections when necessary

Facilitates project meetings with the project team, clients, and stakeholders to establish goals and objectives

Responsible for project outcomes including safety, quality, financial, and client satisfaction

Monitors and manages the financials of multiple projects simultaneously by creating budgets, allocating resources, mitigating risks, and generating revenue

Familiar with equipment and parts and their supply sources. Procures required items, performs necessary follow-up for timely delivery, and advises the proper individual of the arrival of ordered items

Prepares and assembles estimates within the department

Maintains database of project history and results. Ensures accuracy and integrity of system software

Develops conceptual plan and specification bid procedures and standards to improve consistency and efficiency of the estimating process

Develops successful client relationships, marketing company products and services. Solicits bid schedules from general contractors

Performs other duties as assigned
