The System Engineering Intern will learn about battery energy storage systems, assist technical leads in reviewing electrical drawings, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project progress.

Responsibilities
Assist a lead system engineer with project, research, and process tasks
Support the electrical, networking, and control design of a real-world energy storage system project to ensure the system meets site requirements
Collaborate with engineering and project management teams to gather requirements and provide technical support
Document engineering processes, workflows, and technical specifications
Participate in troubleshooting technical issues during the design and development phase of real-world projects
Conduct research on emerging technologies and best practices in design for energy storage systems
Contribute to team meetings and discussions, providing insights and feedback on ongoing projects
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Systems Engineering, or a related field
Familiarity with reviewing and creating electrical schematics and drawings in AutoCAD
Basic understanding of electrical power systems and circuits
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Eagerness to learn about renewable energy, battery storage technologies, and grid stability
