Client Services & Inside Sales Representative
Howard Air has been providing superior comfort and technology in HVAC for over 30 years. They are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to drive revenue opportunities within their HVAC, IAQ, and Plumbing service lines by engaging with customers and generating sales activity.

Responsibilities
Conduct outbound follow-up and rehash on HVAC, maintenance, and plumbing appointments
Make customer satisfaction “happy calls” to ensure service excellence and identify upsell opportunities
Revisit open estimates, overcome objections, and schedule follow-up appointments for closing
Manage customer communication through targeted campaign mailers, texts, and email outreach
Collaborate with service teams to support scheduling needs and maximize revenue opportunities
Track performance metrics and CRM data to meet and exceed daily/weekly sales goals
Qualification
Required
Strong communication and persuasion skills with a customer-first mindset
Comfort working with quotas, performance metrics, and outbound call targets
Tech-savvy and experienced with CRM or call management software
Highly organized, proactive, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Experience in inside sales, call center, dispatch, or customer service role
